Abstract

Hindrance activity of 4-Chloro-N(3,4,5-trimethoxybenzilidene) benzohydrazide on the erosion of magnesium combination in soluble medium was explored by weight reduction procedure, Nyquist spectra, Tafel plot, checking electron magnifying lens and energy dispersive x-beam investigation. Tafel bends of magnesium amalgam showed both anodic and cathodic interaction smothered. Nyquist plots, examining electron magnifying lens and energy dispersive x-beam examination contemplates give the corroborative proof to the assurance of magnesium composite by the considered inhibitor.
